As you probably know SCART cables can carry both the image and audio signals through the same cable.  To achieve this you will need to split two of the wires from the cable at the Amiga end and connect Audio Phono plugs to them.  You can then connect these to the Amiga's Left/Right audio connectors on the back of the Amiga to provide audio though the SCART cable into the TV.  But if audio isn't needed then you could just miss that out and not wire up the audio pins to the SCART.

As the Amiga continues to age displays available to connect it up for a good picture are becoming harder to find. A good alternative to a dedicated monitor is to use a TV that has an RGB enabled SCART socket. This will accept the raw RGB signal output from an Amiga and give you a much crisper image with more accurate colours compared to an Amiga connected to the same display using composite.

An RGB to SCART connection will also be very close to an Amiga connected to a dedicated 15Hz Amiga monitor, and obviously you also open up the ability to connect to much larger displayed than the old 14" Amiga monitors that were available. Another additional advantage is the ability to connect big box and older Amigas without modulators or componsite connectors directly to a TV.
